Hi. I'm in a new build house. I can't hear my neighbours. But within my own home the sound travels through the floors. It's causing a lot of stress. Due to mental health issues. There is carpet and underlay. But it does not do much .
I am in a council property but I am allowed to sound proof. The house is sound proof to council standard. So anything more I have to do myself
Any suggestions beyond rugs and underlay.?
