Birthday treat/days out

My soon to be 7 year old DD wants to have a treat/day out with a couple of friends rather than a party. As her birthday is in winter I am struggling to come up with ideas that are not weather dependent. Does anyone have any good ideas or things their kids have done that they loved?

We have just been to local kid's farm! Ds's 9 treat day out. His choice. Coat and wellies and all had a fab day!

We have done cinema and meal, local indoor water park, a pamper day (they were older than at 11).

She has been to indoor trampoline place and ninja warrior when invited to it her birthday things as well.

I have 2 with winter birthdays and it is a real pain.

Cinema, bowling, meal, indoor arcade, swimming, soft play or trampoline park

Ice skating. Pottery. Theatre.
