Can you help me clean my non slip shower tray?

Please?

We recently had a huge walk in shower with a wonderful non slip tray but it's always grubby looking. The fitter didn't clean it before he left and I have tried scrubbing with a dish brush and using bathroom cleaner but it's never coming up nicely.

Im reluctant to put bleach on it as I'm concerned about damaging it - probably being ridiculous, I know!!

Any tips on how to make it look a bit better or I am destined to have a dirty tray forever Sad

Cif cream and a nail brush used to work wonders when I had one.

If it had dust on it from the grouting it can set and be difficult to clean off.

Try viakal - leave it to soak for a few minutes and then clean off.

I don’t think bleach will help, as it just bleaches things rather than dissolving them like viakal.

Thank you both, I shall try a spot with each method and see which one is best

I find that rinsing it really well after cleaning helps, ours is almost like velcro in that it traps tiny bits of dust, dirt etc

Just wondering if OP tried anything that worked as we have same problem.
