Can I mention the C word?! (supermarket slots)

I Know, I know very early but in my defence it’s just going to to be myself and DD’s this year as DH is deploying shortly and will be away for Christmas so would love to be organised!

Does anyone know when the supermarkets release their Christmas food delivery slots, particularly Sainsbos and Waitrose?

I got an email today from Ocado to say they will give me access to Christmas week slots some time next week. Waitrose was around the 28th of sept last year.

If you're "up north" like I am you can order it from Booths, you have to go and collect a day or two before Christmas but it's all boxed up for you and you get a glass of wine and a mince pie whilst you wait. Always makes me feel festive !

Calling a certain supermarket Sainsbos unless you have missing keys on your keyboard makes me not want to tell you when the slots are available, if I knew.
