Asda George Return Slip, if anyone has one please read this. (Fairly Urgent).

If you have, or know what is printed on the return part of a George return slip in the way of personal information please could you tell me?

I am missing the bottom part and need to know what was on it.

I am not looking for info on how to return an item, I just want to know what personal details are on the slip please.

OK, will explain. Package arrived intact, not opened. When I opened it the internal wrapping had been ripped open, the bottom of the dispatch note/returns slip had been torn off. Clearly done at the warehouse, presumably by the packer.
I am trying to find out what info may have been on the slip. Customer Services hang up before I get to speak to anyone. There is no option to send an e.mail that I can find.
So, if anyone can let me know what is on the bottom bit I would be grateful please.

I don't think they would be included. That would be held on their system through your order number, I would think

I have one. It shows my full name and the order number along with their return address, a barcode and a QR code.

Thank you both. It was identity theft I was thinking of. I wondered if my address or e.mail address was on it, although the house address is on the top bit? @FrogFairy

Trying to make sense of it as the small item was in a clear plastic bag which had been ripped open. No response on messenger on their FB page which is the only place I could find to contact them seeing as they cut phone calls off.
