How are you finding the 20mph limit in Wales?

It's not been too much of a problem around my area so far, the main issue I've had has been people who are driving at 20mph on 40 and 30 sections!!!

There is a hill near me that is clearly signed as 30 but I followed a car up it at 17 mph this morning

It’s been fine and people seem to be mostly complying. I’ve noticed some confusion on what the correct speed limit is but it’s really not making that much difference to my life on the whole!

I must admit I keep forgetting. I’ll come across a car going at 20 and wonder why it’s going so slowly until it dawns on me. I think people were sticking to it more yesterday than today.
