Trying to order from Reformation - anyone familiar with them?

Website won't let me order the dress I want when I try to add it to the basket, saying it's not available in my country. I'm in the UK. Is it a system blip or are some dresses unavailable? X

It's usually more obvious when the dresses are out of stock so it's more likely a system error. I ordered a dress form there last Xmas and my order kept getting cancelled even though stock was available. I emailed them and they weee really helpful, fixed the glitch and I could re-order, so emailing them might be a good idea.

I've had that with some jeans from Ref, customer services explained they don't ship the tall jeans to the uk ( god knows why that was/is ) I've ordered a load of other dresses, jumpsuits etc and had no problems with those, and everything was easy and normal up to checking out, which has obviously not been the case for you.
