Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with my joints mainly, I'm planning to visit gp, but in the mean time wanted to ask here. I'm 32, I have a lot of pain in my joints, my hands, aches and pains in lower back, feet joints, and knees. The worst is my left knee I cannot sit for long in upright position because it's so painful to have my knee bent at that angle, I get relief from it by being straight so either standing or laying down is ok. It's like a deep aching pain in the knee joint and just above it, and it's getting worse and sometimes feels as if the aching is spreading up and down from the knee at times too, I cannot sit in a chair with my knee bent for longer than about 15 minutes without needing to stand up to get a break from the aching. This is not normal for someone of my age I don't think, I'm not overweight normal bmi, it's been going on probably for most of this year now, not sure exactly when started, I thought maybe I'd injured myself and it would go down after a while but if anything getting worse so I don't think I've injured myself and have a lot of aches and pains in other areas and mainly joints so I was wondering could it be something like arthritis? I feel so old with all of this, getting up from sofa or floor is hard work and I just feel like I shouldn't be like this at my age, my joints also kind of seize up after sitting and it takes a few steps to be able to walk normally again! Does anyone have any ideas or have this too? I was thinking to start taking some vitamins for joints? And to start doing some yoga or something? I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my hands when I was in 20s, could it be related, that comes and goes but I do have weak hands and pain in hands wrists and fingers too at times, thanks
