Best source of info for owners on using Airbnb please?

Just that really, I’m supporting a relative to set up and want to know the best place to find out about Airbnb ie pitfalls and top tips etc. can anyone help please?

Can I just say there are other places to advertise than Air?
You don't have to just use one, or use only the "big" ones which are all owned by huge multinationals like Expedia.

Lots of useful stuff on there. In particular at the moment are the new rules on fire safety, which come into force at the beginning of October
