I had a c section 5 weeks ago and I'm worried it's infected. Anyone have any insight?

I called the Dr and was told to keep an eye on it but not sure if I need to go in.

How long did the Dr say to keep an eye on it for? And did the Dr see it?

I spoke to a nurse who said to watch it for the next 24 hrs. No one saw it. I offered to send a photo but they didn't take me up on that.
