A lot of that sort of training is done in non-controlled and possibly military only airspace where's civilian air traffic responsibility or involvement.

The mil will have their own system of overwatch or be operating autonomously.

That should have read there's no civilian ATC ..etc

2 typhoons flew over my house last night. They were super loud!

There was some interesting goings on last night with Typhoons operating at medium altitude overland just west and South of the Wash...

Going briefly back to the point raised yesterday about ATC the Typhoons were down in "open" airspace to the east of the main UK north south airways and at 20,000 feet or less they were well below the controlled/regulated high level airspace (that used to start at 24,500). Any high level civil traffic that was around just flew over the top.
