How many calories do you think I've ate today ? (Trying to loose weight)

My tdee is 1650
My Bmr is 1460

Today -1 choc biscuit
1 wrap (182 cals )with 2 eggs (omelette ) 1 slice of bacon (fat cut off ) (fried fry light )
1 chocolate
1 fishcake (300 cals )
16 chips (approx )
1 chocolate

How many cals do you think ?
I'm still hungry but done for the day

You’re still hungry because that is mostly junk: empty calories that won’t fill you up or provide any meaningful nutrition. A ‘good’ calorie controlled diet should consist of lean proteins, healthy fats, fruit and vegetables and slow carbohydrates.

You can't afford a cheat day if you actually want to lose weight.

What were the chocolate/chocolate biscuits? Massive variability and calories depending on type/amount.

No idea but that is a shit diet.

Im not judging, my own diet is sketchy as fuck but I’m not trying to lose weight.

Calorie counting doesn’t work by the way. It just makes you obsess over food.

I've lost 1 stone since July
I'm down to 10stone 10lbs-5ft 8 but would like to get to 10 stone
Biscuits were 60 cals
Choc 51 cals each

Calorie counting absolutely works...I've lost 8 stone so far

Nutracheck app is what I use for calorie counting, it makes things so much easier.

Today I’ve eaten four slices of toast, a cheese toastie, a bowl of ramen and four knock off kitkats. But if I was supposed to be dieting I’d call today a write off and start again tomorrow. I’d do that in your shoes today. Give yourself a break.

I try and stick to 1000 calories per day

I've had...

Protein shake (200g SS milk & 30g protein powder) 210 cals

Piece of toast, no butter (57g) (168 cal)
Smoked salmon (85g) (148 cal)
2 med eggs poached (132 cal)

Salad
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Peppers
Pickled beetroot (77 cals in total)
Light coleslaw (94g) (92 cal)
Pollock fillet (93g) (95 cal)

6 x cups of tea (20 cal each) (120 cal)

Went over a little bit

False and True.
Lost and maintained nearly 4 stone by calorie counting, I can’t eat a single thing without logging it on MFP. I haven’t eaten without logging for the last 5 years. Still, at least I’m thin, despite having a galaxy bar and two freddo for my dinner.

if you’re hungry try injection some protein and carb into that diet.

and 16 chips? Life’s too short to count chips.
