So a few questions as I will be travelling next week

  1. Is it like city airport where people are allowed to carry liquids beyond 100ml for example in a bottle for a toddler. Milk / water as it’s a late evening flight.
  1. Parking - is short stay better or long stay , which is farther from the terminal? We’re going to North terminal.

No 100ml limit

Parking - how long are you away for?

Just 3 nights.

Agree with PP, 100ml rule applies, but there is a boots after security that you could buy ready done formula. Take empty refillable bottle to fill with water once you are past security.

there is also a family security channel that is often open if the airport is busy, it’s Gatwick, it’s always busy 😂

parking, the easiest option is to book the official north terminal valet parking, all directions are supplied on the booking confirmation, you will be closest to the north terminal and you can pick up car easy when you get in just collect keys from the office. Gatwick used to be our closest airport, booked this many, many times, never had any problems.

have a good trip.
