Inspire me to enjoy things again

I'm coming out of the other side of a hard and exceptionally busy decade. Major bereavement, lone parenting of three DC (one autistic, one ADHD), a stressful new role at work, perimenopause, lockdowns, a failed attempt at a new relationship...

Now work is getting easier, HRT has stabilised my mood and the kids are getting older. I finally have a bit more time for myself. However, I no longer know what to do with myself, and I am burnt out and lack motivation. I end up sitting on the sofa watching TV, playing games on my phone and generally being pretty aimless. I've been so busy looking after everyone else that I've forgotten what brings me joy and energises me.

Decluttering has helped a bit lately. I also like walking.

Please inspire me with stories of how you got yourself out of a rut, or share books and activities that have helped you. Or diet/exercise/supplement/wellness ideas. Or ideas for new experiences. Or style and beauty ideas that might make me feel more confident. Or personal growth. Anything that has helped you. I'm open to hearing all of it. I need a complete overhaul! Thank you.

I'm reading a lot of non fiction and learning about new things that I find interesting. Spending time doing things that I want to do rather than always doing what I should be doing. Spending time away from my phone too helps. I've stopped drinking and only socialise with those I really want to rather than saying yes to events I know I probably won't enjoy. I'm getting to know myself again.
