What's your favourite time of day

I like 1am-2am, I specifically used to like going running at this time. Or walking home early morning, 5am, before most people are up and out. There's this nice hush over everything. Just a milk float (going back in time there) and the world starting to stir.

I like when the place is asleep, I used to love going into the City of London after a certain time or on a weekend when it seemed completely empty. It could feel like you were the only person there.

@ValkyrieAssassin

I am so not an early morning person and can't remember the last time I saw dawn. But- what you've described sounds unbelievably awesome and I was wondering I'd you could adopt me for a week?

Sure! Although according to my DCs I am the absolute worst mum EVER because i took away their electronics last night when they were being rude and ALL the other mums at school are much nicer than me and they wish they lived with them.

I was making conversation. Going back to bed most days is an odd thing to do, if no disabilities etc.

A daytime nap is lovely, very underrated.
If I was out running at 2am, I'd definitely need one.
