Hi,

The interview will be a mix of competency and strength based questions.

The one I had was 6 questions with 5 of the questions being competency based.

Mine was a pre-recorded interview, so you can do it at a time that suits you - the email will tell you the deadline for completion.

You get 1 practice question so you get a feel for it. The question is asked and you then get 1 minute to think about your answer before the recording starts - you will then have 3 minutes to answer the question. After 3 minutes the recording will stop so make sure you can get your main points across in that time - I practiced some answers and timed myself lol.

Using the STAR method, focus on what YOU did in each example . Make sure that you read and understand the behaviours from the advert for the EO level (level 2) and try to cover as many points as you can.

Good luck!
