New Symbol before web address

Is appearing in place of the padlock on my address bar.

What does it mean??

I asked that earlier and got this reply

Don't understand it. It looks like switches to me. What does an unsecured website symbol look like now then?

If I hover my mouse over it (in Firefox), I get a box saying 'You have granted this website additional permissions'.

(I have it as well as the padlock)
