Help with MRI - not sure what this phrase means- any radiologists?

I had an MRI on my foot recently. I noticed that the images weren't very good when I got them back.

The report says "Image degradation due to movement artefact predominantly affecting the fluid
sensitive sequences. Overall quality of the study remains stagnant."

What does this mean? Especially "overall quality of the study remains stagnant" - does that mean it couldn't be read very well?

I'm annoyed because I felt like the person doing the scan didn't put my foot in a very good position. Afterwards I asked her if the images were good enough because I felt like I wasn't in a good position and she said yes. I definitely didn't move!
