Can anemic with low folate levels. Make you so tired and drained. That every day life is hard. I find it so hard keeping on top of things at home.even just loading the dishwasher wiping the sides down. I feel like it's used lots of energy then I need to rest. Walking up the stairs feels like the end of the word. I had blood tests few days ago and it came back anemic and low folate levels can it actually have an effect like I mentioned above.

Very much so! Most types of anaemia are easily treatable and once treated you will feel much better & energised. Anaemia causes sufferers to feel exhausted/drained. Make sure you get treated soon.
