Gran Canaria in October

Looking at the weather now it doesn't seem to be that hot! We're going mid October so worried the weathers going to be crap and I've only bought shorts dresses T-shirts etc so far.

Anybody been in October and can tell me what the weather was like?

We went in October last year and it was warm and sunny. Swam in the pool and in the sea, ate outside and burned our feet on the sand at Maspalomas. Occasionally put a sweater on in the evening but overall, beautiful warm sunshine. Enjoy!

I was in Gran Canaria two weeks ago and it was really warm. Similar temps now when I look on my weather app. We’ve also been in April and it was lovely and warm then too.

Which resort are you going to?

We were in Puerto de Mogan in October 2022 and it was mid to high twenties all week - high of 29 I think. It was lovely and warm and the sea was still warm enough to swim in.
