Hospital discharge letter

I was in hospital a few days ago and have just read through my discharge letter.
It had a section that said 'known alerts: borderline personality disorder'

I'm just wondering why that's down as an alert?
Would they consider me a risk based on my diagnosis?

Perhaps because it can be linked to impulsive / erratic behaviour or heightened emotional responses, sometimes suicidal ideation /self-harm so it’s probably just around making sure they treat you considerately and with awareness of potential triggers.
