Courses that offer jobs - returning to work after dc

Hello everyone, I want to retrain/reskin and get back into work after having dc years ago.

il still quite young, late 20s. I have been looking into apprenticeships (I don’t want to do a degree), I’m not sure what apprenticeship id want to do but have looked into cyber security, hr and finance. it doesn’t necessarily have to be an apprenticeship, I just want to be able to reskill and get a job so a course that I know I will get the skills I need.

are there any courses that would offer a job role after completion? Maybe a company that hires you to do the course and then there’s a job after it’s completed?

I don’t know where to look or what I am looking for. I’m not sure if I should look/contact companies directly rather than just looking at websites that list apprenticeships near me

thanks for any advice

So an apprenticeship is different in the sense that you find, apply and start a job in the same way you just spend time away from the job doing the college/study aspect of the apprenticeship. It isn't a course that then finds you a job so you'd need to go about that side of things in a different way. There are some tech and coding courses I recall seeing where you had a placement organised by the course provider, but I don't know of any course that would like a job up for you afterwards.
