Anyone else trying amend a Tesco order?

The website and phones are down and I have 13 minutes to amend my order or I shall be receiving one £70 bottle of champagne instead of my groceries. FFS!!

It came back up with 5 mins to spare. I've managed to get last week's shop. No champagne for dinner, but at least we have some actual dinner. I must remember to start holding it with a cauliflower.

The check out deadline is usually 11.46pm for delivery the next day?

Oh God that's happened to me, habit from when you had to have minimum order to secure the booking (or maybe I thought you did) I managed to get through at the the last moment on the phone to cancel my order of one single bottle of very very expensive single malt.

There was a blip earlier bit seems ok now. I usually have until 11.45 to change mine

I always bung my usual in the basket, just in case a forget

All appears to be well now. I tried to log on earlier on desktop and mobile and neither worked

I Had this last week with Sainsbury’s. Drove me mad. Sainsburys policy you can return anything unwanted for any reason on delivery. Worth checking if the same for tesco(!

I hope you get it sorted! But did you know you don't have to do the £70 Champagne thing? I just throw a couple of things in my basket to get started. The low value basket thing is deducted automatically when your added shopping exceeds £50.
