I love a Lidl £1.50 veg box, anyone else a fan?

Today for £1.50 I got

3 big carrots (not the best but will end up in soup)
2.5 kg bag of white potatoes
2 red pepper (small)
Cauliflower (small)
Mango - ready to eat
fresh basil
Living lettuce (in pot)
Green chilli (packet)
Padron peppers (large bag)
2 apples
large cucumber

I know people on here love to moan about Lidl fruit and veg not lasting but I never have any issues!

Yes me! Although they're rarely there in my local one but they've been great the couple of times I've been lucky.

Are you on Too Good To Go app op? If you have a Morrisons near you the Morrisons bag is even better, I've walked away with £30 of fruit many times for £3 odd.

I won’t buy them to be honest as I know they’re limited and I figure there’s people that need them more than me.

They are great but I don't want to have to queue twice and they are the wrong side of the checkouts.

I love them but haven't seen one for so long that I assumed they had stopped doing them. It's good to know they still do as they are great value and the contents are usually really good.

Oh yeah! They’re the best. I got ginger chillis in mine last time - the excitement!

I don't think I've ever seen one in our Lidl. Maybe I'm not going in at the right time of day.

Yes I love these too! But you have to be in my Lidl early to get them as they go out first thing and are very popular. More supermarkets should do them.

The couple of times I have seen them at my local store they have been in very poor condition. I am on a Lidl Facebook group and there is a Lidl manager from the Great Bridge store on there who proudly posts photos of his boxes and they look fantastic.
