Exercise motivation: action movie brain break equivalent for adults

I used to listen to Zombies Run when I jogged over a decade ago when I was young and fit. It was a story and you were a runner for a survivor camp and it told you when to run and sometimes zombies might be heard in the background and you had to run even faster. I struggle with motivation to run and exercise and this used to give me quite a good reason to keep going! Is there anything out there like this or that gives you a randomly good immediate motive to keep running needs to be as motivating as zombies being after me? I would be interested in the equivalent of the YouTube brain breaks for adults where kids can dodge/ duck etc but interesting for grown ups. YouTube would be fine as I can exercise at home as well. Action movies motivate me in an abstract way as they make me want to be strong and fit but I can't find tomb raider or matrix exercise videos! Thanks in advance for any ideas!
