Help car been hit no idea what to do?

Never been in a accident before, the guy stopped, my car was parked outside my house, he has fully taken the wing mirror off, the whole thing! I got his name, number and the company he worked for, he had no idea on Insurance. What do I need to do now?

Call your insurance, they'll tell you what to do. Did you get his registration number?

I wouldn’t contact insurance over a wing mirror. Get a quote for a replacement and let him know how much it is. It’ll be about £150-ish which is probably less than his excess so he may want to settle it up personally.

Thank you @BIossomtoes I did wonder if that was a option, I was just very panicked as never had it before.

Cost will depend on type of wing mirror... ours cost about £600.
