Crap sleep when cutting calories

Happens every time I decide to lose weight.
I'm not going to bed really hungry but I get rubbish sleep every night and takes me ages to drop off.Anyonr else?

I found this and adjusted my calories to more with dinner and made sure I included some carbs with dinner which helped increase my deep and rem sleep.

I tend to then have a high protein breakfast and salad with protein and healthy fats for lunch.

This is exactly what I came to say.

Up the proteins. You may not feel hungry but your body is. Protein helps with the repair it needs while sleeping.

Yes, same here, I was up til past 4am this morning. Up at 8.30.
