Not entirely sure this is the right section to post this, apologies if its not!
I bought a little bundle off Ebay, some tops for my son, but one of them (a designer branded one) isn't there. I messaged the seller explaining this and asking them to check that its not lying about and accidently didn't make it into the package - Easy done, I've nearly done it myself a few times while packing up bundles to post off - they are adament that it's in there, were quite abrupt and just brushed it off giving me the tracking number and telling me to take it up with the courier cause it "was definitely in the package."
I'm a bit stumped at what to do here and looking for some advice. It's just one t shirt missing, but it's an expensive one, and to be honest it was the one that caught my eye and made me buy the bundle 😅 so not entirely sure what do to. Do I just take the loss on the chin? Do I leave feedback? A friend suggested getting in touch with Ebay?
