HELP - I cant set the frequency of a weekly email on gmail

I send a weekly emails - the same one - but I have to do it each week I can schedule it but have to do this each week...I want to set a frequency but cant see how there are not options to set this - I'm doing it on a laptop.

Anyone give any guidance would be much appreciated :)

I believe you need an extension for that as it's not supported by Gmail.

Right Inbox is one I know of, but there may be others - have a look in the Chrome store.

The less techy method is just to set a weekly calendar alert to remind you to copy and paste your email out again?
