Any nutritionists out there? Am I taking too much magnesium glycinate?

So I've been taking magnesium for years, for bones, general health and sleep, and recently switched to this product - sleep has been ace, but I looked at it again today and realised it's pretty high dosage compared to the RDA. Although i'm not sure what what elemental magnesium is compared to the overall dose of glycinate?

I'd love some input if anyone knows more than me about magnesium

How much of that are you taking? As the recommended amount on the label says two capsules, which is just over half the RDA, so should be absolutely fine.

The elemental dose is what you need to look at, as that's the actual amount of magnesium in it. The total weight is the combined weight of the magnesium and the thing that the magnesium is bound to (glycine in your case, a protein).

Nutritionists can be unqualified MLM sellers. Look for someone with actual qualifications. It's not a protected title.
