Bedtime 12 YO

What bedtime does your 12 year-old have? Ours is trying to convince us that her friends don't have a bedtime and is increasingly grouchy at us because, on a school night, we say 9.30pm and 10pm on a weekend.

Just seeing if we should review it. We're up for at about 6.30-7am and out of the door at 7.40ish.

My son has just turned 13 but he’s had the same bedtime for about a year - he has a shower at 8 and is in bed for 8.45, lying down at 9. He wakes up at 6.50.
Weekend he lays down around 9.30.
In the holidays he was in bed at about 10, up at 7.30/8.

This sounds about right to me, my 11 year old is 9.15 on school nights and about 9.45 on weekends.

My 13 yr old needs to aim for 9.45 so that sounds right to me. At the weekend it’s around 11pm.

The bedtime is mostly fixed by it also being my bedtime. I tell them lights off at 2115 ish. Sometimes it is 2145 before they are asleep. I go to bed at 2200

My dd is just 13 and her bedtime is 10pm, 10.30pm weekends. She is up at about 7am except weekends she sleeps til 8.30am.

My 12 is lights out 930pm but can creep towards 10pm week days if lots of chat and faffing going on. Weekends it's between 10-11pm depending on movie length/activity. She's up 7am week mornings and 8ish weekends. Goes to sleep quickly though.

Sounds about right then, not that it will stop the complaints and eye rolls 😂
