What's the phrase

My poor perimenopausal brain is trying to think of a phrase and it's been driving me mad all day.

I think its something like positive bias or positive reinforcement.

You know when you say read an article about something and suddenly start seeing articles about the same subject everywhere. There were probably articles in existence before but you just didn't notice them because you weren't as interested.

Sorry I'm not explaining it very well.

Does anyone know I'm talking about?

From Wikipedia:
Frequency illusion, also known as the Baader–Meinhof phenomenon or frequency bias, is a cognitive bias referring to the tendency to notice something more often after noticing it for the first time, leading to the belief that it has an increased frequency of occurrence.

As others have said, I think you mean confirmation bias.
