Can only think of the spice girls (Fat Spice!) Britney Spears any other ideas please?

Literally wear jeans and a crop top or one of them vest tops with all the zips (punkyfish - are they still about?) with your hair in pigtails and a million butterfly clips in your hair?
Failing that kappa or ellesse tracksuit!

Grunge would be quite easy I'd say. A kurt Cobain t shirt or similar.

Flowy full length shapeless skirt, Dr Martin boots, baggy wooly jumper, slightly unkempt hair, silk cut blue packet in 1 hand, bottle of Ritz in the other. Me in 90s!!

Husband and I went as Wayne & Garth from Wayne’s World to a 90’s theme party once.

Plain black t-shirt, light jeans & a WW baseball cap from eBay for me (total spend £10, including the jeans). Light jeans, band T-shirt, flannel shirt and thick plastic glasses for him. He did buy a wig to go with it, which was about a tenner as well.
