Worried - pregnant at ten months pp

I had a c section for dc1 and now I am pregnant (I think - it’s very early) with DC2.

I’m still breastfeeding Dc 1 so worried about that (can my body cope with bF and growing dc2 etc).

Also very worried about I’m pregnant at ten months pp and doctors advice was at wait 12 months post birth for body to heel. Does anyone have experience of this? How worried do I need to be?

Thank you very much.

I’ve taught lots of children with a similar age gap (two children in adjoining years) and I think it’s lovely for them to grow up with such a close gap. There’ll be 19 months’ difference between them, which is hard in the beginning but with mine (21 months) I love that they can just play with each other.

That's pretty much exactly what happened with my 2, DC1 was CS and I was 4 weeks pregnant when he turned 11 months. I had quite a traumatic EMCS with DC1 but no impact on pregnancy.

My boys are 3 and 4 now, play well and share the same interests and toys. It has been and still is hard work but I'm delighted with their small age gap.

I have a 15 month age gap between my two and had major abdominal surgery and just 4 weeks before DC1 was conceived, then had emergency c section with DC 1 and the VBAC with DC2. It was fine and it is great having children close in age as they grow up together although it's harder in the first few weeks. My body was fine afterwards in fact I shovelled a tonne of gravel three weeks after DC2 was born.

SIL had baby1. Baby2 born 18 months later. Baby3 born 15 months later. All ok, SIL was fine, didn’t bf out of choice.
I had 2 19 months apart, no problems.
Eat sensibly, take vitamins as advised and I’m sure you’ll be fine.

I am 17 weeks pregnant, had dd 11 months ago. I was 8 months pp when we conceived. I've already saw a consultant who didn't seem concerned at all to be honest , but did say they will advise another c section because it's been less than a year
Congrats btw
