A small achievement today

Started C25K again after 3 months of doing fuck all,eating shit and going on an all inclusive summer holiday.

Week 1,run 1 has been completed.Ive got a long way to go but it felt good.

Well done, hope it went well. I haven't ran for 2 months and before that it was a paltry half hearted effort (thanks menopause problems). I'm on holiday this week but toying with trying again when I get back.
