Anxiety attacks tonight - help

I have a major, and I mean major sickness phobia.
My child has returned form his dads today, not wanting to eat, no dinner or tea. He's non verbal atm but he had an almost sick moment at about 5pm.
Had some toast and an ice lolly before bed but currently tossing and turning in my bed, unable to settle - not like him.
My anxiety is through the roof. I haven't been able i eat, feel sick, cannot settle. I am too frightened to go to sleep when he goes to sleep as I'm worried about waking up to sick.
How am I going to make it through the night
I am so worried and completely alone :(
Anyone out there with any words of wisdom?

Stick some headphones in and listen to some YouTube self help videos, meditation for sickness phobia, or even just wildlife videos.
No point just lying there thinking.

Yeah I'm trying my best to distract myself but this phobia really takes over my whole body 😢

How are you doing?
I'm a major emetophobe which has given me OCD.
I'm feeling very sick right now, so can't sleep because of the 'what if I wake up sick' I have this most nights.
There is a group on Facebook called emetophobia and being a mum. Lots of caring and understanding people on there. But could also be a trigger for some people.

Put layers down so if he is sick you can just ball them up and discard. Maybe line a bucket with bin bags and something absorbant so you can tie them without looking too closely. Do you have gloves? I find they help if I'm feeling grossed out by something. Bit of vics under your nose to block any smell.

@alwaysscared oh bless you, I totally relate to what you're saying! It was 3am before I let myself go to sleep :( are you ok today? I honestly think this phobia is dabilitating at times :(
I've requested to join the group. Hopefully it'll help on the doom days!
@QuestionableMouse thank you for the tips! Being prepared definitely helps!

We made it through the night. He got quite hot at times despite having no duvet on so many he was just a bit run down 🤷🏼‍♀️
I've never prayed for a morning like o was doing last night though!

Having a plan definitely helps me when I'm feeling anxious! Glad everything was okay through the night!
