I’m clean out of inspiration, so coming to you lovely lot for birthday present ideas for my partner (of 2 years) .. he’s retired, mid 60’s , & not short of money (so can buy himself anything he wants, but isn’t particularly interested in material possessions, or e.g buying clothes unless there’s a practical reason) . He plays golf, is outdoorsy, we do a lot of walking, he reads a lot, interested in science and the environment, and we go to the theatre a fair bit. Any bright ideas , please?!

A subscription to ‘Slightly Foxed’ is a great present for an avid reader.

They also publish some excellent books.
