It’s not coming up for me. What was it doing?

If you are talking about the flight over Constanta there have been several of these a day since February 2022. These are electronics eavesdroppers supporting NATO countries bordering Ukraine and ships in the Black Sea. They typically fly out of Syracuse in Sicily.

Circled a few times before landing.

Seemed to fly all over the place at low altitude then shows as landing near but not at heathrow

No, because I think the destination was Dubai from London. Perhaps if they have overfilled the tanks with fuel, based on the weight of cargo, they might burn off some fuel rather than dumping it before they land. Would that account for any circling you saw on the app?

Sorry , I can see from the replay it left from Dubai. Also the last bit, they could use that to burn fuel if they're coming in too heavy or to wait for their landing slot.

It's not so much the circling but the final landing approach. It wasn't lined up for the runway and then showed as landing over a built up area
