I can't get back to sleep and worrying over my temperature
Guessing a few people might be awake with the heat

Hey I'm awake.

No real plans for the day luckily (no DC) so just pottering about at home
A car crashed into the BT box so I've also had no internet since Wednesday!

@oakleaffy par for the course on my ward, it's a bit like an a&e overflow, have some very sick patients, some who almost definitely don't need to be here and some who are rather challenging!

He's kept us on our toes tonight that's for sure

I’m awake - I’m cycling from London to Brighton today for a charity event. It’s going to be scorchio!!

Definitely home for the day catching up on some sleep in a cool house. Open water swim at 8am. It was beautiful!
