Not sure about name

I'm after some advice. DD is now a few months old and I cant stop worrying about her name. Her current name is Emily, which i felt was classic, not that popular anymore and generally a 'safe' option. However, I've now become slightly obsessed that it might not be quite right. I wonder if it's hard to say properly as it often seems to be pronounced Emly. This is not something I've ever noticed before so maybe my general anxiety makes me overyhink this whole issue 🤔.
I always liked Emilia but there are just so many little Emilias around at the moment so I'm now considering Emila instead. I like the sound of it and never heard it before. But does it sound pretentiously made up? And would people mix it up with Emilia, especially when seeing it written down? What do people think of Emila or should i just stick with Emily???

Stick with Emily for now as it sounds like some anxieties are at play here. It's a lovely name and easy to pronounce.

Hi @Limbo19
I think Emily is a lovely name! My name is about 10 letters long and it's a difficult name to pronounce, my parents are old skool. Honestly your DD's name is lovely xx
