Menopause giving headaches when drink wine

Does anyone else get this?
I'm currently a few years into peri-menopause (hopefully almost there as periods are becoming more sporadic) but I've discovered to my dismay that I can no longer drink wine without getting an almighty headache a few hours later?
Obviously a first world problem and easily solved but annoying nonetheless!

My tolerance to alcohol has reduced a LOT since menopause

Me too. In fact I have stopped drinking wine completely now, and I barely drink at all. I don’t find I get the same headache with a beer on a hot day, or a brandy or rum in the evening, but as I prefer wine I don’t tend to bother. Sad times 😢

Red wine gives me a splitting headache and has done for several years now so I don't touch it.

White wine I seem to be okay with as long as I don't drink more than two small glasses and I drink with food. If I sit in a pub and drink large glasses of white wine I feel bloody awful!

Champagne and prosecco, however, I seem to be fine with Grin
