I have already paid a deposit to a company run by one person. They came very highly recommended. I haven't been impressed by them so decided to look into them more and found that the person has had over 10 businesses in the last 10 years.
Each one has ended through compulsory strike-off and it seems that a confirmation statement was not filed each time.
Looking at their current business, the confirmation statement is 2 months late.
Is this anything to worry about? Is it cheaper to have a compulsory strike off? I am wondering why so many businesses ending this way.
