Sertraline as a second anti depressant - safe to take two together?

Has anyone ever done this? Psychiatrist advised it, to take a low dose of sertraline plus a higher dose of mirtazapine (been on that for hour years) - one in morning and one at night. Started the sertraline today - took 90 mins ago - and feel a bit weird. Headache, shivery and spaced out. Psychiatrist warned there’s a slight risk of serotonin syndrome and cardiac issues, which has me a bit worried!

Yeah that’s what the psychiatrist said, that there’s some risk of that syndrome happening. Said it would usually happen pretty quickly. Apart from feeling sleepy, blurred vision and headache I haven’t got anything else on that list thankfully. I think I’m just worrying myself into feeling unwell.

The doctor wouldn't prescribe it if they didn't think it was a good idea
I would just try it and if you have any side effects obviously let them know
