Where the hell is my phone? Freaked out

I was woken at 2 by my son coming in my room. The bed isn’t big enough for all of us especially in this heat so I went to the spare room. I couldn’t get back sleep so I was scrolling silly I know. I sent dh a text about something that popped in my mind that I didn’t want to forget at 4am. I woke just before 7. No phone anywhere. I’ve turned the room upside down that I was in, nothing. I called my phone and it came through on my I watch but no sound from phone. I thought at first it must be in the house somewhere but I watch can work if it recognises WiFi that the phone has connected to. All doors locked, nothing else missing. WTH? I need my phone to do stuff today. Where the hell could it be? Help me logically think

Use your watch to make your phone ping? That's what I do whenever I misplace mine.

If you have a an Apple or at h, can’t you ping your phone?

It'll either be down the side of the bed/mattress, inside the pillow case or inside the duvet cover

Definitely this. It can't be anywhere else you were literally lay in bed scrolling

Did your husband get fed up of being woken in the night and come in and take the phone? If not, just look again!

Bathroom, maybe you got up in the night?

My son regularly loses his phone in the house and I find it via "Find my". Just click "play sound" and it does this really annoying jingle. You'll soon find it.
