I am a high school student and I have always been bullied by my sister, who is 3 years younger than me.
Having to go home with sister from school is a total nightmare. She shoves me, insults me, compares me with the best students at school, and grab her phone and plays with it while making her watch the bus. Sometimes she makes me carry her violin while insulting her.
Sister always barges in my room and play with my stuff, while I would get in trouble should she accidentally touches her stuff
Sister always deliberately infect me when sick.
Sister doesn't let me eat her favourite food like doughnuts and sweet potato soup. Doesn't let me sit at a certain seat at the dining table and on the sofa.
Getting into trouble for looking at sister's fish
Constant insulting and rudeness
My mum thinks I have bullied sister as a kid. I have drawn triangles that symbolizes a family without sister in her notebooks and cried every year on sister's birthday celebration. Is that bullying?
It is due to my sister's constant bullying at that point ( stealing my stationary constantly and pokes my belly button repeatedly when she repeatedly said no, deliberately making noise when I try to study) which my mum thinks is quite normal for a little kid. The triangle drawing in my own notebook was just releasing my emotions.
I tried suggesting that mum separate our lives as much as possible (same school) but upon hearing this she broke down. I kind of feel bad.
I really want to get away from my sister. Today I have had it and sent my mum an email asking her to step in further, other than just reminding her, which doesnt change a thing. However, I have seen with my own eyes that when my mum tries to punish my sister, she damages mum's apartment and bullies my harshly for no reason.
What should I do?

What should I do to stop getting bullied?
Like what should I say or do to either make her stop or get away from her?
