Without going into the boring details… a company is insisting they sent me 3 text messages all on different days. I have asked them to send me a screenshot or similar but they are refusing. They quoted the correct mobile number but I know how easy it is for someone in a large company to mistype a digit and once it’s in the system wrongly it doesn’t necessarily get matched up to the correct one.
It happened to me last year when another company were insisting they sent me a couple of emails and missed out the m in my address. It only when I asked them to screenshot the email that I saw the error in my address. It was a very large company and someone missed out the m when they input into the robotic system. No one checked whether it actually went.
Anyone know whether you can screenshot text messages or am I barking up the wrong tree?
