On holiday and yesterday in shower realised I’ve got a super painful, hard lump at the top of my belly button which is where my old piercing (now closed/healed up) used to be. I no longer wear a belly bar- haven’t for about 10 years!
it’s so so painful- can’t have anything touching it and if I sit or bend it takes my breath away. Feels like a hard lump and don’t know what it could possibly be!
Have worn swimming costumes all week so not sunburnt. I wondered if my cossie had rubbed on the healed piercing scar and caused it but it seems like there’s a lump which doesn’t make sense.
any ideas??
