I’ve had Insta recommending these to me - was skeptical until I was at my sister’s house and hers arrived in the post. She says she finds them helpful with her symptoms (she’s 49).
she gave me a spare jar but I have not been able to take them regularly enough to say if they make a difference.
My sister is ‘all about the data’ as she says herself so she would not be taking these if it didn’t have science behind it.
