Mat Leave

Hello. I'm on Mat Leave with toddler (2) and a baby. Tips for making things easier please!!

Accept some days you'll smash it and others you're counting down to bedtime

Have the toddler "help" with baby eg can you get baby a nappy

Have somewhere to station baby in each room/floor of the house to quickly pop them down safely while the toddler is being a terror!

Find a class they can both go to, then follow up with trip to the park then home for lunch and nap- one entire day taken care of!

Find as many things to do out of the house as possible and build a routine around their naps, ensuring you have roughly one outing each day at a similar time.
