Where can I buy an antique peridot ring from?

I've looked and nothing is standing out to me. Anyone have an antique jewellers that they would recommend?

Has to be pre 1900 ideally and I'm struggling to spot anything that's a reasonable price

Any ideas?

Thank you

I got my engagement ring from here (in the shop, not online). It was a lovely shop and they went above and beyond to get my ring resized the same day so I didn’t have to travel back into London again.

Worth looking through the catalogue or giving them a ring (no pun intended).

Look and see if there are any auctions being held in your area - general as well as antique/jewellery (just bone up on your hallmarks & go to the viewing first). Don't know where you are based but if near London there are lots of shops that aren't online in Hatton Garden area - probably also true for somewhere like the Birmingham jewellery quarter. Also antiques fairs.

Go on to the mailing list for https://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb and set up a search for ‘peridot ring’. You’ll get a notification every time one is in an auction catalogue (real auctions, not eBay). You can sign up to bid online or live. It’s a great way to buy antique jewellery.

Keep an eye on local auction houses. They often have periodic sales of jewellery.

I've bought a few pieces of jewellery from here, which is local to me.

They only have two peridot pieces on their site at the moment. I usually shop in-store and the owner is very good at sourcing.
